Kempton Vacation Rentals

          PAYMENTS:

 

          All Quotes and Payments are to be made and payable in US Dollars.

 

          50% of the total rental (rent + cleaning fee + taxes = total rental) is required, along with your signed rental agreement and your refundable security deposit, to hold and confirm your reservation.

 

          50% total rental balance is due thirty (30) or more days before your arrival date, if your arrival date is in less than thirty (30) days, payment in full is required.

 

 

          ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT:

 

          Bank issued checks, money orders and personal checks are acceptable up to thirty (30) days before your arrival date.  Please make all checks payable to Cheryl L. Robertson.

 

          Master Card, Visa and American Express credit cards are acceptable at any time.
